Our Healthy Weight Loss Philosophy
Here's the way we figure it: We know that the safest way to lose weight is to eat the right portions of healthy, well-balanced foods and do regular exercise.
We also know that to keep the weight off, you need a plan that will let you stick to your plan – in the face of the food court at your local mall or your friends ordering pizza when you're watching the game.
So, we got our team of professional registered dietitians and food service experts to design our . You'll be served delicious, portion-controlled meals and snacks (and yes, we take into consideration what you like to eat. No food that tastes like cardboard.) If you like the food, your appetite will diminish (no more refrigerator raids at 2 am and you can leave that bag of cookies unopened.)
- You'll get three meals and two snacks a day of food you like (and which won't go directly to your hips.)
- Your cravings will diminish and you'll actually want to eat less.
- Add some exercise (it won't kill you, honest) and you'll see pounds drop off.
- You'll learn how to keep up the good work back at home. You never need to regain the weight.

Cooking lessons are offered weekly to help you learn what Mom didn't teach you—how to make great tasting meals for yourself that don't help pack on the pounds. Taking control of your food prep helps you take control of your weight and your life. Strap on an apron and join us (even eating the mistakes is fun.)
