Fitness Camp Activities
When you get here and have settled in, we'll meet with you, measure, assess and weigh you (we know, we know...no one likes this part...but you have to know where you stand so you can stand in a better place). What we learn will let us set up a weight loss meal plan and suggested fitness program to follow while you are here and a customized version for you to take home when you leave.
Weekly weigh-ins show you how you are doing (and give you a cause for celebration when you see the weight coming off). You also get a free private session with one of our top notch trainers.
Learn a variety of different ways to get fit and find what works for you. We post a daily schedule of classes, workshops, seminars and activities and you are welcome to join in them all. Learn to love a workout that once intimidated you or that you thought you would never try. You’ll be amazed and you’ll never feel intimated going to the gym again!
Fitness ctivities include using the indoor and outdoor pool for swimming and water aerobics; full use of the top quality equipment in the gym; stretching, spinning, aerobics and step classes; tennis, volleyball and softball games; circuit training; yoga and Pilates, biking, tubing, and organized walks on the hiking paths around the Resort's golf course or up into the foothills.
You also have total access to the Resort’s facilities. There is an awesome new indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor pool; a state-of-the-art fitness center; outdoor tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts; a softball field, and more. The new spa even has with a steam room and sauna for post-exercise relaxation.
