About Stephanie Sirico

Stephanie has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 14 years, having previously spent 10 years in corporate finance. She has earned her Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hour certification and Professional Yoga Therapy certification, in which she works with clients to address mobility, strength and trauma. Following on her position as the Managing Partner of Yoga Mountain Wellness Center in New City and Cornwall, NY, she created The Breathe Yoga Project, a resource for workshops and not-for-profit events, dedicated to taking yoga out of the studio and into all communities. Stephanie has her AAAI Pilates Mat Certification and recently achieved her Budokon Yoga Certification and Budokon MMA White Belt. Having worked as a Yoga Personal Trainer and DotFit Certified for Crunch Gym in New York City's Upper West Side and JCC of Rockland in West Nyack Ny, Stephanie works with clients who have specific weight loss goals or are trying to attain a better fitness routine that includes weight training, resistance training, Budokon Yoga, yoga stretches and Pilates core work. In the Summer of 2011 she joined the Shane Diet & Fitness Resort team as Program Director in the Ellenville, New York Location and in September Stephanie joined the team full time as Program Director.
