About
Our program is run at the Honor's Haven Resort & Spa. The Resort is situated on 200 acres, in a valley surrounded by scenic mountains – a wonderful place to spend time. In the Catskill Mountains typical temperatures are low 80’s during the day and 70’s in the evening.
Accommodations Shane Diet & Lifestyle guests stay in their own section of the Resort. The Resort offers a variety of fabulous rooms to choose from. Rooms can accommodate two or three guests (bring some friends or make some new ones--we are happy to match you up) or grab a private room just for yourself. All rooms come with private baths, phones, TVs and free wireless. Our guests will have their own lounge (great for snacks, late night chats, and groups sessions) and our section is very close to the aerobics room, the indoor pool and the state-of-the-art fitness center. |
